Catalyst Concierge Service

Catalyst Motorcars is not a typical used car dealer. We want to provide a service in which the car buying process can be an enjoyable, hassle-free experience. We have created the Catalyst Concierge service to eliminate the hassle. Whether you are short on time or looking for something special, Catalyst Concierge goes above and beyond what other car dealers will do to help you find the car you are looking for. With this information we will work for you to locate the vehicle that meets your needs and specifications. We can also arrange to bring the vehicle to your home or office for your inspection. For additional information or to begin the process please call (972)245-5700 or contact us.

To Hold a Vehicle

To take a car off the market and hold a particular vehicle Catalyst Motorcars requires a non-refundable deposit. A deposit will take a car off the market and hold it for a specified period of time.

$500 will hold a vehicle for 2 business days
$1,000 will hold a vehicle for 1 week

If you put a vehicle on hold and do not purchase it for whatever reason then the deposit you put down remains a credit with Catalyst Motorcars for a period of one year. During that time frame the credit may be used towards the purchase price of one of our vehicles.

Payment Options

Cash and/or Personal checks up to $5,000. All personal checks must be verifiable before vehicle is released. Payments in excess of $5,000 must be in the form of certified funds
Certified funds - cashier’s check or wire transfer
Approved bank financing
No credit or debit cards will be accepted
All funds must be in US dollars

Shipping

Shipping a vehicle is an option for those customers that live outside the DFW area. Catalyst Motorcars does not ship vehicles itself, but will work with the transport company of your choice.
